Safety Protocols

We want our events to be a smooth, safe, and fun event for all! Working together and following the guidelines put into place will help facilitate this. Thank you for your understanding, patience, and cooperation as we work through the new format developed. We appreciate your continued support!

If Turn It Around Tour, LLC chooses to cancel an event due to a Covid-19 related situation on their behalf refunds will be given.

We will be looking to hold our workshops in 2021 with Covid-19 protocols in place limiting registration so each student may be social distance during classes. (Schedules may vary in each city as well as attendance size to floor plans provided by the venue. Please contact us with any questions!)

Check-In Procedures

  • Masks are required for entry.
  • Temperature checks will be given before entering the building.

Dressing Rooms

  • There will be 6-foot boxes in which each performer will have their own dressing space (If they prefer to use their own dressing pop tent, they are more than welcome to do so).
  • We ask that the performers arrive only 10 minutes before their performance ready to go to limit the crowd size.
  • If they are performing a solo, please come prepared to perform so the dressing room space is available for those who have multiple routines.
  • Once they finish their last routine, they will leave the dressing room, placing a marker letting us know it is ready to be sanitized for the next performer.
  • Please be respectful of your fellow performers and their family members as we need to limit the number of people in the dressing room space.
  • We will be having an entrance door and exit door with pathways in between to help keep the flow of the room. These doors will be wiped down every 15 minutes.
  • There will be a sanitizing station before entry and upon exit.

Theatre

  • There will be a specific entry door and exit door. These doors will be left open at all times to limit he contact of having to touch the doors.
  • There will be a sanitizing station before entry and upon exit.
  • Chairs will be in groups of two 6-feet apart. We ask that only 2 adult(s) accompany the performer to help reduce crowd size (No more than 2).
  • We can have no more than 50 people in the theatre at one time. We ask that if it is your performer's last routine, that you exit the theatre to allow for other individuals to their seats.
  • There will be a 1-minute transition time in between routines to allow groups to enter or exit and be seated.
